Thesis Statement:Due to cultural disparities and group traumas, educators' cultural perception and knowledge of Native American norms influence Native American student productivity. The most important way for educators to participate in the cross-cultural interpretation of Native American norms is to rethink their existing curriculum and incorporate more anti-racist lenses. As well as think about their interactions with Native American students.

Action Project Description:
My action project was to interview students and educators about their experience with cross-cultrual understanding and awareness. Then I took those interviews and put them in a video with some narrative. To exhibit this project my fellow classmates and I held a Youtube Premire with a live Q and A held after. I also published this video to my personal channel and sent the link to educators within our community.
