A digital assistant with gathered local information and support for patients suffering from renal failure. A website containing information about local care and tools to help fight the increase of negative health implications related to poor mental health in patients. Shared with a QR code on a flyer and posted around Durango for passer Byers. In the hopes to assist, support, and decrease stressors for our local chronic kidney disease-affected community.
