Thesis Statement:The re-examination of art in a modern society and its discursive functions, I propose, will provide a space for diverse consumption and conceptualization of art through the deconstructions of its structural binaries.

Action Project Description:
For my action project, I wanted to spend time making art in a way that correlated with my thoughts on art as a result of my thesis. For this I focused on the boundaries and the perceptions of the body through paintings to explore the body and all it signifies. Along with this, I will be in an upcoming invitational installation at Studio & Gallery here in Durango entitled Through.
