Thesis Statement:Data analytics drive sports in every way, from the personnel decisions made by teams to the in-game product. Analytics will continue to grow in usefulness, particularly within the realm of player development.

Action Project Description:
For my senior project, I created an algorithm that would collect career data from basketball reference and college sports reference for a chosen draft class, then run correlations to determine how a player's college performance would predict their professional performance. It would then be able to take an input players statistics and project how they would perform when they enter the NBA.
